HS-508RTM is a halogen-free, low smoke unsaturated polyester resin with high flame retardant performance. It is pre-accelerated, has good infusion properties, and excellent anti-settling performance. FRP products made from this resin can meet flame-retardant standards such as BS 6853 (Class Ib), EN 45545-2 (HL2), and TB/T 3237, and comply with regulations on restricted substances and VOC limits in the rail transit sector. It is suitable for manufacturing halogen-free, low-smoke FRP products via hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, or RTM molding for railway passenger car components.
