HS-502RTM
HS-502RTM is a halogen-free, low smoke additive type flame retardant unsaturated polyester resin. It is pre-promoted, has low viscosity, good workability, and excellent anti-settling properties. FRP products made with this resin can meet various flame retardant standards such as TB/T 3138, NFPA 130, DIN 5510-2, BS 476.7, GB 8624 (B1), GB 8410, and UL 94 (V0). It also complies with the restricted substances regulations and VOC (volatile organic compounds) control and limit requirements in the rail transit sector.
It is suitable for hand lay-up, vacuum infusion, and RTM processes to manufacture halogen-free, low-smoke flame-retardant FRP products, such as building materials and railway passenger car components.
